GENERAL DENTIST

We are interested in hiring a new full-time general dentist to join our practices.  The candidate should be confident in all phases of general dentistry and able to provide a range of services to patients including the following which are preferred but not required: 

  • Restorative (fillings)
  • Crown and bridge
  • Routine extractions
  • Simple root canals
  • Implant restoration
  • Comprehensive treatment plans

 Requirements

  • DDS or DMD degree
  • Completion of 1 year minimum residency program
  • NYS Dental License

Salary

We offer a competitive salary (base salary plus quarterly production-based bonus) and an excellent benefit package.  The practice will pay for individual health insurance, malpractice insurance and continuing education.  A 401k program is also available. 

Future ownership/profit sharing is available and encouraged for qualified Associates.

ENDODONTIST

We are looking to hire a full-time Endodontist to join our practices. General dentists will refer endodontic cases that are beyond their knowledge and scope of abilities, and the endodontic specialist should expect to treat more complex and difficult endodontic cases than the typical general dentist.

  • Examines, diagnoses, and treats diseases of nerve, pulp, and other dental tissues affecting vitality of teeth.
  • Diagnoses condition and plans treatment.
  • Treats exposure of pulp by pulp capping or removal of pulp from pulp chamber and root canal, using dental instruments.
  • Performs partial or total removal of pulp.
  • Treats infected root canal and related tissues, and fills pulp chamber and canal with endodontic materials.
  • Removes pathologic tissue at apex of tooth, surgically.
  • Assists the General Dentist in determining the restorability of teeth, specifically aid in the diagnosis of hairline root fractures and syndromes.

 Requirements

  • DDS or DMD degree
  • NYS Dental License
  • Completion of Endodontic residency or Board Certified in endodontic practice
